The Luli Han-culture Tourist Small Town is located to the east of 106 National Highway in Weitun town, Binhu New Area, Hengshui City. It has atotal area of 4150 mu (276.7 hectares).
It is a national Han-culture tourist small town which has integrated the cultural and tourist industries, in part by the construction of beautiful villages.
The town, close to Hengshui Lake, the largest freshwater lake in the North China Plain, is surrounded by attractive wetland scenery.
The town seeks to inherit and exemplify the ethos of the “Ancient Ji Prefecture” ? the head of the nine prefectures in ancient China -- by being virtuous and courteous, and constantly striving to become stronger.
The town is steeped in Han culture,represented by “Lǘli”, and its core mission is to promote the traditional aspects of the Han Nationality.
The main tourist projects include the Qinseyuan Inn, the Sunjing Institute, and the Jiefali Compound. In 2014, the Lǘli Hunguanli project was rated both one of the “Top Ten Cultural Industry Projects of Hebei Province” and “The Cultural Industry Demonstration Base of Hebei Province”.
